Hello there, hope you are having a lovely weekend? well I been busy crafting away today and using the fabulous Silhouette Cameo (yippee) I have made this card in advance for a friend's grandson who's birthday is in August...I know its early but I just like to be organised and have a card made well in advance. So I thought I would share with you today my latest make and mention how I made it as well.
First I went into the Silhouette cameo software and type in the name Spencer and I chose a font I really like using at the moment Freehand521BJ, Then I zoom in so I could see the the word clearly and move the letters using the arrow buttons on my computer to I could join them together, after I selected weld and the word is finish and ready to cut. I cut this at about 3 inch width and height just over 1 inch.
I round the corners of the card blank (29.6 cm x 10 cm and folded on the left) background card and the Neenah card. Stamped the image with memento black ink.
After I have coloured in the image with Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers -
I used double sided tape to stick background card (dots) then I used double sided foam tape to stick the image card to the front.
These are the colours I used by Spectrum Noir -
As always I leave you links of where you can purchase the same items I used, all you have to do is click on the highlighted link.
